It's been a pretty dull week.
I hanged out with jen yeen, mun ling and sher lin on wednesday at paradigm but it ended up as a surprise early birthday celebration for me. It was really great catching up with them! It reminded me about the times we spent in help uni. Feeling sad because we can no longer be desk mates anymore. Wishing them all the best in imu and a great kick start tomorrow. As for sher lin, prepare your heart to welcome your new chapter of life in Cambridge, UK. Smart girl.
Early in the morning on my birthday, i received wishes from my colleagues. Assisted my favourite doctor that day heee. Kar yin came over to our place for lunch and that was the time when yen chee gave me a huge puppy doll that she had been hiding at the counter all the while. I have always wanted to have one especially a big one because i can hug it to sleep. I'm a dog lover! ^^ That evening, i was surprised again by hui xian and ai lin's arrival at my house. Was so touched to see them came all the way here.
Too many surprises for the past few days. I loveee my friends. Thanks for everything!
Unfortunately this one surprise was too much to handle. I received a call on wednesday afternoon when i was hanging out with my friends, a phone call i never wished to answer. I was near to crying in front of them but i didn't want them to witness it. My hands were trembling so badly. I never expected things would happen so quick. That night, we went to her house to see her for the last time.
I'll remember this for the rest of my life, for, it happened a day before my birthday. May you rest in peace.
