Happy sweet 19th birthday to my awesome possum college friend aka roommate, JY the Jenius! Glad to have known her!

ML and i had been planning for her birthday since a week ago. And little things happened in between. Once Jen played with my phone and she read the conversation between me and ML. We quickly snatched the phone back from her because we talked about her gift and the plan. And we thought she saw it. So ML made her a BIG card with lots of wishes from us. I bought her anklets and earrings. She is an accessory person.

And so the plan began.

I stayed overnight at the residence yesterday but we told her that we are going home and we waved her goodbye after class. ML and i then sneaked into ML's room. It was a quick one because Jen's room is just opposite of ML's room. I bathed in her room and went down to level one to finish my homework. Every time we leave the room, we have to peep out for a moment, make sure she's no where out there and then run to the exit. We had dinner at kfc at 5.45. We couldn't enjoy our meal comfortably as we were worried that she might pass by anytime and there goes our plan. After dinner, we called chee peng to see whether they were already out for dinner. CP was our spy, she was in charge of informing us about her whereabouts. However, CP didn't pick up her phone. We waited at kfc for a while and decided to collect the cake from secret recipe and walk back to the residence. On the way back, we saw kit hoo coming out from the residence. He was supposed to have dinner with Jen so we thought JY would see us. Both of us were panicked and we ran across the road and hid at a corner. It was such a tough mission. We left the cake at chalk & cheese and i went back to level one to continue my biology.

I was looking for a place to sit when i saw him. So it was true that he always does his homework there. And that makes me feel energetic. He was really hardworking. Still wearing the red beanie. ML says he was trying to cover his ugly hair lol. She came down and joined me.

Sharp at 8pm, kit hoo called up. So we went down to C&C to get everything ready. I was so pleased to see many law students showed up. Joyce and Grace sat beside the lift like bodyguards to bring Jen in. Kit hoo called her to come down. The cake was lighted up. Jen walked in, lights off, Tiong Ying played a birthday song with her guitar and we sang along. Tada! JY was in a surprise yet touched mode. We ate the chocolate indulgence, gave her the present and card and picture session. Party's on!

We went back to our room and ML came in too. My poor puppy, she squashed it! She also confiscated my phone because i wasn't doing my homework but twitter-ing. Evil ML haha! We told Jen everything we did for her, the hiding part, the lying part and all. And she doesn't know anything at all. Proud, we tricked the 'jenius'. We stayed up until 12 midnight to wish her. Later, ML went back to sleep. Jen was on a phone call. Ehem, a sweet phone call X) I know eavesdropping is bad, but she talked in the room, i can't help. We did our biology past year questions on her bed together with the answer scheme. Learning from answers help! Slept at 1.30 and we woke up late this morning. No doubt, we were late for class too.

Oh, and her wish was granted: I wore a dress to college today, for the first time. She was jumping like a kid last night when i told her i actually brought one as she wished. Silly girl~











Result was out a few hours ago, and i feel so disappointed, not with the result but myself.

As expected, i got a B for biology 1 and B for both physics 1 & 2. The only good thing out of all was the full marks for Chemistry 1 which was somewhat a satisfaction.

Back in the room, i starred at the paper for a long time, my mind blanked out at the moment. JY was busy pressing the calculator. Finally both of us sat down on the floor and discussed about it. Physics never fail to pull me down. We are up for re-sitting papers.

Skipped korean class today as we were not in the mood. ML and I had a drink at Chatime to comfort ourselves. Funny, because people usually go out to celebrate for getting good results but it was the opposite way for us.

It has been raining since last night and it went on until this morning. Bad sign. I was involved in a car accident this morning. First accident in my life. And the driver who knocked my car ran away, leaving us in shock. Luckily ML was with me, at least someone helped me in reacting to the situation. Got caught in a massive jam later and we were late for class. And lastly, the result. What an unlucky day today.
